Step 1 – Send Us Your Inquiry & Project Details

To get started, please use the Contact Form on our website. To help us provide you with the fastest and most accurate quote, your first message should include the following key information:

Your Deadline: If your project has a specific date it needs to be ready by, please let us know.

The Products You Need: Let us know what you want to print on (e.g., t-shirts, posters, mugs, tote bags). We can help with anything!

Order Quantities: Specify the number of items you need for each product.

Do You Need a Design? Let us know if you require our in-house design services, or if you will be supplying the final artwork. If you already have a design ready to print or any references, please send them to us!

Step 2 – Design Quote & Upfront Cost (If Required)

If you asked us to create a design for you:

Good News! If you proceed to purchase a bulk order of stock printing from us later, the full design cost will be deducted from your final stock purchase invoice.

We will provide you with a quote for the design work.

This design cost is an upfront, separate payment required before work begins.

Step 3 – Proofing, Quote, and Payment

Response Time: We aim to respond to your initial enquiry and provide a full quote or design brief within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Order Confirmation: Once you are happy with the quote and have approved the final design/proof, we will send you an invoice.

Payment Method: All payments are made easily and securely via Bank Transfer.

Step 4 – Production & Delivery

Once payment is received, your order moves into production!

Delivery: We offer UK-wide delivery for all printed orders. We will confirm the estimated delivery timeline when you approve your order.

Production: We will begin printing and fulfilling your order.

Unfortunately we do not offer collection at the moment . Sorry!
