How do I place an order?

How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all enquiries and project briefs within 24 hours of submission.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
This varies by product and printing method. Please let us know the quantity you are looking for in your enquiry, and we will confirm the minimum for that specific job in your quote.
What kind of products can you print on?
We offer printing on a wide variety of items, including apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, bags), posters, stationery, and promotional items. Let us know what you have in mind!
I have my own design. How do I send it to you?

Do you provide a proof before printing?
Yes, absolutely! We will always send you a digital proof of the final artwork on the product for your approval before we proceed to payment and production.
What file formats do you accept?
We are very flexible! We accept almost any file format, including PSD, PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, and EPS. If you’re unsure, just send us what you have.
Do I need a finished design, or can I just send you an idea?
We work with both! You can send us a fully finished design that’s ready to print, or you can send us just an idea (like a sketch, a mood board, or even a photograph). If you only have an idea, we will use our design service (see pricing FAQs) to bring it to life for you.
What resolution or size should my finished design be?
For the best print quality, we recommend sending files that are at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the final size you want it printed. This ensures sharp, clear results.
How do I get a quote?
We provide a custom quote after you submit your project details (product, quantity, design needs) via the Contact Form.
How does payment work?
Payment for your order is required after you approve the final design proof. We accept payment via Bank Transfer.
What if I need a design created by Duck and Dog?
If you require our in-house design service, we charge an upfront design fee. The great news is that this fee will be deducted from your final invoice if you proceed with a stock printing purchase from us.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Our turnaround time depends entirely on the size and complexity of your order, as well as whether design work is required. We will provide an estimated completion date alongside your quote.
Where do you deliver?
We offer UK-wide delivery for all our printed goods.
